About The Girl

Hello to all! My name is Sabine and I have recently finished my final year at the University of West London, where I studied BA (Hons) Graphic Design (Visual Communication and Illustration) with a 2:1 degree. I specialise in illustration, where my style ranges depending on the project but my use of flat and bold colours stay the same!

I have an online portfolio if you wish to take a peek:

Now I have finally achieved my dream of being in this creative atmosphere, this blog will now take a big step into my new world of taking that dream further, which I hope you will enjoy reading and following as much as you did when I was studying!

Hello! Thought I’d pop over and say hi. Looks like you’re being kept really busy on your course. Wish I had time to see more galleries. I studied at Harrow (long time ago now…) good luck!

Thank you for popping over and commenting. It can be quite hectic at university sometimes with the work. It may be overloading, but it is fun-packed. I always try to keep up with it by doing a ‘to do list’. Definitely works wonders! ^_^

Galleries are great to see. Unfortunately I never get to visit them as much as I’m always busy with the work. But when I do get the chance it’s lovely. And it seems that when you were in university, it has really paid off. Your skills are wonderful! Right now my blogs are mainly word-filled, but eventually I’m hoping there’ll be more of my drawings added to it in the future.

I love graphic novels, although I don’t read a lot of manga (besides Battle Royale…LOVED it). Do you have a portfolio of work online? I often ask artists/designers if they would like to collaborate on projects, so if you have some free time and would like that, contact me!

I have only seen the movies of Battle Royale — it’s very hard to find the mangas over here!
Unfortunately I don’t D: This is really the only place which showcase my works, mainly for university, however. Every now and then I do post stuff which I have done in my spare time.
But that would certainly be awesome! I feel quite priviliged being asked that. I’m definitely going to take that into consideration, thank you =]

Well let me know! I was lucky enough to get books 1, and 2 of BR when Borders Books ended up closing everywhere. The other books cost a fortune!

And let me know if you wish to work together. I would send you a story you could do what you want with, creatively :)

Hello :) I stumbled upon your page while searching things about foxes. I love foxes. Then i read that you love anime and manga, and I do too. So from one otaku to another, I hope you have successfully succeeded in being done with your college and classes :) As it is 2013. Yes I don’t know you but, yea just being a friendly otaku :)

      Hello Hime,

Thank you for dropping by and taking the time to look over my blog and commenting.
I’m glad it was of some interest to you in both what you were looking for and interests.

I really appreciate the wishes for my last uni year. (Only a few more months to go until it’s done!)

Hope to see you pop over again sooner or later, whether it be searching for more foxes, anime/manga, or anything else ^__^

      Take Care!
